I want to buy this but I need to know if it can still operate the standard Ruger 10/22 ROTARY magazines?

The standard Ruger 10/22 rotary magazines will work with the ProMag Archangel 556 Conversion Stock, Ruger 10/22.

Can you switch out the buffer tube to something more realistic

No our design is a single unit where the buffer tube is attached to our OEM lower.
