Can the buttstock be removed by sliding it off?

The buttstock cannot be removed by sliding it off. You would have to manually remove the buttstock by separating it from the rest of the stock.

Yes. The Pro Mag Archangel Opfor Pistol Grip Conversion Stock for SKS will fit the SKS rifle and carbine as well as clones. Although minor fitting may be required.
