Yes. The ProMag Archangel Ruger Precision Stock will fit your Ruger 10/22. It is designed to fit every Ruger 10/22 that utilizes a barrel up to 0.920" in diameter. Some minor fitting may be required.

What’s the length of the forearm grip? I have very long arms. From the picture it looks maybe about 10” or so. Any help would be great!

ProMag does not provide the length of the forend but does state that the stock features an adjustable cheek riser with a 1.625” of travel in 25 positions and adjustable length of pull of 13” - 14.25” with 25 positions, providing a maximum adjustable fit for large shooters, small shooters, and everyone in between.
