No, this ProMag Archangel Howa 1500 Stock is designed for long action calibers. .308 is a short action cartridge and would require the short action model of this stock, found by using the link below:

This ProMag Archangel Howa 1500 Hogue Long Action Precision Stock is for Long Action rifles. The model at the link below will work for a Howa 1500 in .243 Winchester and comes with a 10 round magazine.

No. This stock will only fit the Weatherby Vanguard and Howa 1500. However, we do carry many options for the XHR. You can find all the stocks we carry using the following link. They will all be long action as well since your rifle is chambered in 30-06.
