We cannot convert this stock to be CA compliant. Unfortunately, we do not carry any Yugo pattern stocks that are CA compliant.

On the OD Green, how far off on shade is it from Magpul OD Green. My hand guard is Magpul

Theres no real way to quantify how different or similar the shades will be. They will most likely be extremely close in color, but if you want the colors to match perfectly it is always best to purchase accessories manufactured by the same company.

They will be extremely close shades, but will most likely not be perfect as they are two different manufacturers manufacturing at two completely different facilities.

Yes this should fit your NPAP AK, however due to the wide array of AK variants, there is always the possibility that some minor fitment could be required. It should come with the mounting hardware.
