No. The ProMag PM277 Marlin 795/60 Tactical Folding Stock will only fir the Marlin 795 and the Marlin Model 60.
Its not a drop in fit but can be made to work. The receiver and trigger guard all fits fine. The barrel nut will not unless you cut/file/sand the stock where the barrel nut sits for clearance. Its not a big deal to cut the for end to papoose length and trim the the 1" of barrel channel to fit the nut.
Its not a drop in fit but doesn't take much to make it work. The action fits fine, the barrel nut needs a little clearance cut out to fit. This stock is made with the newer one piece trigger guard magazine cutout combo. If you have the old two piece design then would have to get the new style trigger guard.
