No, the Proof Research Accuracy International Pre-Fit Carbon Fiber Barrel is designed to fit Accuracy International chassis systems with 27mm and 30mm tenon sizes.

Can I replace my Ruger American predator 308 barrel or is it not compatible?

Unfortunately the Ruger American Predator takes a shank diameter smaller that we make. We do not have an option that fits that rifle line.
