Will this work in a Brigade BM9? 9mm AR style pistol?

The Brigade BM9 uses a standard Mil-Spec charging handle. So yes the Radian Weapons Raptor-SL Ambidextrous Charging Handle will work in that AR pistol.

The Radian Weapons Raptor-SL Ambidextrous Charging Handle will not fit the Sig 716i but this charging handle will.

Those uppers use alot of proprietary parts and Alexander Arms always recommends checking with them before making any changes to the upper. From everything I could find, it will use standard AR-15 charging handles, but I would recommend you verify compatibility with Alexander Arms.
