Is this trigger actually made by Radian Weapons? Or, is it made for Radian by a different manufacturer like Rise Armament?

Yes, the Radian Weapons Vertex Trigger will include Milspec 0.154" trigger pins.

Will this work for an Aero EPC 9mm build

The Radian Weapons Vertex Trigger might work with the EPC 9mm but due to the wear on the trigger with blowback gas systems I recommend using the trigger designed for PCC builds like the one at the link below.
