Does the FCR rail have M-lock on the bottom of the rail? 6 o-clock position?

The FCR handrail does not have M-lock at the 6 o' clock position.

The Radical Firearms Complete Upper Assembly has a 1:7 twist rate and a 16” 4140 Chromoly Barrel With Melonite Coating.

Does this require assembly once it is shipped or is it shipped pre-assembled?

The Radical Firearms Complete Upper Assembly will be pre assembled and include the BCG and charging handle. Just slap in on your lower and go.
