what is the finish of the hand guard and upper? Melonite or nitrate? Why don't you list all the details of each of the uppers?

The handguard and the upper are anodized.

Can I use the BCG from my 223/556 AR 15 upper?

You can use the BCG from your AR15, however, you will need to purchase a 7.62x39 compatible bolt like the Spikes Tactical 7.62x39 Bolt Assembly, found by using the link below:

Which charging handle will work with this radical firearms 7.62x39 upper ?

You can use a couple different charging handles with a specific 7.62x39 BCG. Some of my favorites are the BCM or Noveske charging handles found in the links below.
