Does the ravin r26 kit 2 come with arrow pack,it’s not list in the accessories pack. What power scope is mounted on the crossbow?

The Ravin R26 Crossbow will include (3) .003 Arrows & Field Points (400 Grain Total). Model MPN:R026 will include (6) .003 Arrows & Field Points. It also includes a 100 Yard Illuminated 450 Scope.

What is biggest difference between r26 and r29

The Ravin R26 Crossbow is smaller than the R29, however the R29 shoots 430fps when the R26 shoots 400fps.

Yes, the Ravin R26 Crossbow scope needs to be turned on in order to use and you can register your bow by calling the manufacturer.
