No, the Armorer’s Master Kit® Pro includes all the necessary tools to assemble and disassemble an AR-15 from a stripped receiver. Real Avid® does not provide any of the necessary jigs to cut an 80% lower. If you complete an 80% though, we have all the tools to take it from there.

obviously not. the description for this item lists everything it comes with, as do the pictures. also what is an "Arnorer kit" ?

No, these tools are for a 100% stripped lower. Any tools required from getting your 80% lower up to 100% you'd have to get elsewhere. Once your lower is 100%, then you can make use of this kit.
