What type of Light/laser sights work with this rail system along with their recommended holsters?

Any light/laser that mounts to picatinny rails such as the Streamlight model at the link below will work with the Recover Tactical 1911 Grips with Integrated Rail Adapter. The holster would depend on whether you wanted a kydex holster, leather, IWB, OWB. However, the holster at the second link below will work for a 1911 with a Streamlight TLR-1 attached to it.

Yes, this should fit any full size 1911 frame that does not already have a rail. Minor fitting may be required.

It should not as long as it is installed properly. This is a polymer rail adapter, so it should realistically not scratch a steel frame.
