What flip open eyepiece and objective lens scopes do I need for a Redfield Revolution 3-9x40mm TAC-MOA Riflescope?

There are two options:
The Leupold Alumina thread-in caps should also fit the Revolution series so these will work: https://www.opticsplanet.com/leupold-alumina-flip-back-objective-and-eyepiece-lens-cover-sets.html?_iv_objective-lens-diameter=40-mm

Alternately, you can use the Butler Creek slip over flip open caps:

What does tac-moa refer to or mean ?

Tac-MOA is the type of reticle within the scope.
