The Accu-Range is meant to be used at max magnification.

Redfield is now owned by Leupold so you would need to reach out to them for warranty services.

The best option is to take a tape measure to the outside of the eyepiece and the objective ends of the scope. This will give you a measurement in millimeters that you can then use to just look up a Butler Creek or Vortex cap that matches the diameter you measure.
