Will this barrel fit the Remington 870 20 Gauge Wingmaster?

Yes, however Express barrels use an internal ratchet to lock the end cap while Wingmaster barrels use a ball detent. This means that while the barrels interchange, there is no lock on the end cap. You just have to tighten it up and keep an eye on it.

Other chokes must be bought separately
