The Reptilia LINK for CZ Scorpion w/ Magpul Zhukov does not need an adapter to fit the CZ Scorpion family of firearms.

No. The Reptilia LINK for CZ Scorpion w/ Magpul Zhukov slides directly to the back of the CZ Scorpion without the need for a picatinny adaptor.

is this compatible also with CZ BREN?

Per Reptilla, this is only compatible with CZ Scorpion EVO3 Pistols and Carbines.

Putting this on a CZ Scorpion pistol may change the NFA classification of your firearm, subject to NFA regulation.

Can any one tell me the OAL of the stock extended to the edge of the adapter, so total length? I live in Illinois and need to meet the 26” SBR MIN.

The Reptilla Link with Magpul Zhukov has an adjustable LOP of ~8.75-11.375". For your intended use with an adjustable stock, you would need to use the collapsed length.
