Yes, it will work in a standard Sig 516, it does not come with anti-walk pins and Rise Armament recommends using KNS Anti-Walk Pins and those can be found here:

It will also work in ANY AR platform that accepts aftermarket triggers and that includes AR's chambered in .300 Blackout.

The 516 comes with anti rotation/walk pins from the factory already installed.I have this trigger pack installed in my 516 SBR and used the factory pins with it.
