RISE Armament does not provide the width of the compensator, but the overall length is 2.5 inches.

RISE Armament does not provide the exact diameter at the threaded end, but this compensator is designed to attach to .223 and 5.56 barrels.

I recently built an AR-15 SBR in 5.7x28. Is there any tolerance for a slightly larger round? If not, would one for a 6.5mm/.270 work? 1/2-28 thread.

5.7x28mm and 5.56x45mm do have the same bullet diameter, but because this compensator is designed specifically for 5.56 I cannot recommend using this compensator with the incorrect caliber.
