Anyone install this on an aero precision lower? Read a comment saying it didn't fit properly and he had to modify to fit. Anyone with the same issue?

This trigger group should be a drop in for any standard AR-15 lower receiver.

I’ve heard whispers of this having the ability to be dropped into a Gforce blade 6. Anyone have any luck with this?

I can't say whether it would fit or not on the Gforce Blade 6. We do not have any fitment data on that model.

I recently bought one of this and installed it. And I realized that I can engage safety without the hammer cocked. Is it normal?

Mine does that too. When I put the safety on, the trigger is stiff and my selector switch is a few degrees off from its normal position. And if I pull the charging handle, it kinda clunks and the switch goes into the right orientation and everything functions normally.

What is the difference in the rave 140 and the rise 240?

The RA-240 has the same functionality but has a different trigger shoe profile.
