What do I need to mount to a Picatinny rail on my AR?

The Riton Optics 3 Taxtic PRD V2 Red Dot Sight uses the Trijicon RMR footprint. This means you can use any picatinny RMR mount available to mount this optic to your AR. I will link RMR picatinny mounts below:

Will this fit on a pre tapped Ruger American competition pistol?

The Ruger American Competition Pistol accepts the Vortex Venom/ Docter footprint. The Riton Optics The 3 Taxtic PRD V2 Red Dot Sight uses the RMR footprint and will not fit the slide of that pistol.

No, the Riton Optics The 3 Taxtic PRD V2 Red Dot Sight uses the Trijicon RMR footprint which is not compatible with the P322. You can fit any optic with the RMSc or Holosun "K" footprint. These include the Sig Romeo Zero, Sig Romeo Zero Elite, Shield RMSc, Holosun 407K/507K, and Holosun EPS Carry.

The Riton Optics The 3 Taxtic PRD V2 Red Dot Sight uses the RMR footprint. So it will mount to an HK VP9SK Optics Ready model using the corresponding mounting plate from HK.

The manufacturer does not state the size of the window on the Riton Optics The 3 Taxtic PRD V2 Red Dot Sight. I recommend contacting Riton Optics for that information.

Will this op. fit my 45acp Springfield XD(M) Elite?

The Riton Optics 3 Taxtic PRD V2 Red Dot Sight uses the RMR footprint. So if you have a Springfield XDM Elite OSP model you will need to use the corresponding mounting plate that fits the RMR footprint. If you have a non OSP model you will need to use a dovetail mounting plate. The dovetail mounting plate at the link below will work for the Springfield XDM Elite.
