What is the field of view (in meters)at 100 meters. And is the optic and mount combined 7.9 oz? Or is this weight just for the optic?

7.9oz. is the combined weight. Riton does not list a FOV specification, please contact them directly for further assistance.

Does the included mount put the optic at Absolute or Lower 1/3 height? Can the mount be configured to allow swinging the optic to the right side?

It's a lower 1/3 and set up for a left swing. You could mount it backwards, but then it'd be a pull to get it out of the lock. It's a pretty strong spring. Pushing, as designed, seems more natural.

The photos show the magnifier in front of the red dot. That won’t work because of the eye relief on the magnifier? Is that correct?

The magnifier is the product on this page. The Riton red dot in the picture is an unlimited eye relief optic. The placement of the magnifier is correct.

(First-hand knowledge preferred) How does the eye relief compare to the Primary Arms Advanced 3X Magnifier?

Just going off the numbers, this clearly has a better eye relief than any of the Primary Arms Magnifiers. Even the PA magnifier is 2.64" and the Riton is advertised as 3.5".
