We do not have any information unfortunately on any compatible throw levers for this riflescope. We would recommend reaching out to someone like Switchview USA and they may be able to provide you with an appropriate option.

From what I have been told by Riton, they do not make a throw lever compatible with this scope (Mod 7- who knows why...). It's approximately 49mm diameter (this scope's). I just bought a throw lever that is supposed to fit this specifically from "MKMachining;" can't recommend yet but they do sell a Mod 1/3/5 version and a Mod 7 version so you'd think it's a safe bet...and wasn't too expensive, but also isn't metal (3d printing with carbon fiber nylon blend).

They sell it here on this website, same brand, works great and you should get it because it helps a lot.
