Sure, this is one of many options that could be used on that firearm, but you could mount just about any scope you wanted on that particular rifle.

is this 0.1 mil or moa adjustments on turret?

It depends on the model, the MRAD model has 1/10 (.1) mil turrets, and the MOA model has 1/4moa turrets.

Are the reticles as fat as they look like on the scope?

Illustrations of reticles are typically thicker that the actual reticle when viewed in real life.

All Riton Scopes in the Mod 7 line use Japanese Extra Low Dispersion (ED) lenses which is a step above their Japanese High Density (HD) lenses found in Riton's Mod 5 & Mod 3 rifle scopes.
