This Rival Arms Glock 19 Gen 5 Precision Threaded Drop-in Barrel will be compatible with the 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation of the Glock 19 as well as the 19X, and 45.

No, this is not a conversion barrel and it will only work with Gen 5 Glock 19 slides.
