Can .223 be shot out of this 5.56 nato barrel with 5.56/.300 BCG?

Yes. If a barrel is stamped "5.56" then is is safe to use .223 as well as 5.56. A 5.56 BCG will function for .223, 5.56, and 300 Blackout.

All of the Rosco Manufacturing Bloodline Sauce Packs besides one, will include a 5.56 caliber barrel. The 300 Blackout version is MPN:SP-BL-82-300-BCG-GTP-NGB-001.

The Rosco Manufacturing Bloodline Sauce Pack (MPN:SP-BL-82-300-BCG-GTP-NGB-001) is the only kit for 300 Blackout. It is 8.2" in length and features a pistol length gas system. All other Bloodline Sauce Pack's will include a 5.56 caliber barrel.
