The Ruger Mark III, Mark IV & 22/45 Picatinny Mount will fit factory drilled receivers and will still allow you to use your original iron sights.

No, unfortunately they are incompatible.
You can if you like - it can be mounted in two ways.
The first allows you to mount it just in front of the the rear sight without having to remove it.
The second option is to mount it reversed. In this position, the mount is flush with the front of the receiver and it extends back over the dovetail where the rear sight was removed.
Removing the rear sight makes for an sleek installation, but it can be attached without removing the rear sight.
