This 4K scope ring is designed to fit a scope with a one-inch scope tube diameter and a 42 MM objective diameter.

Will these rings work on a S&W 500 PC with integral picitiny rail and Leupold VX-3?

No, theses rings are compatible only with Ruger's proprietary mounting system.

will these rings work on a ruger super blackhawk hunter with a leupold vx3 2&1/2x8x32 mm scope

Can you list measurements from the base of mount to the base of where the scope rest. I have an M77 I didn't realize there are two different mounts
