You could mount an Eotech red dot to the SADLAK M1A Scope Mount.

If the Eotech model is a full length scope ex 3x10 40mm Objective Lens, The Sadlak will mount works great. The smaller scopes ex 4x power or red-dots type may not work depending on eye relief needed.
