The SADLAK M1A Scope Mount will fit M1A/M14 rifles and would not interfere with the Magpul PRS GEN3 Precision-Adjustable Stock.

Can you mount the Hi-lux Leatherwood scope on this mount and does it also fit a Bula M 14?

The SADLAK M1A Scope Mount is compatible with your Bila M14. To mount the Hi-lux Leatherwood scope, you would need to use picatinny scope rings.

For any of these SADLAK mounts, does the u-channel double as an ACOG base mount? Or would I need an ACOG picatinny adapter?

To mount an ACOG to the SADLAK M1A Scope Mount you would need a Picatinny adapter. The U Channel is not compatible with the ACOG base mount.

There are different models of the SADLAK M1A Scope Mount. The Airborne SADLAK M1A Scope Mount is model number 140015. The SADLAK M1A Scope Mount steel model is 140011. The SADLAK M1A Scope Mount Aluminum Model is 140012. These are all available options on the product page.
