Unfortunately they do not make a version that will fit the manual safety model at this time.
I bought the 7371-365-411 and it worked for my p365 with the safety. When you swipe your thumb to draw the pistol it will disengage the safety FYI.
It works with or without safety. One side is open where the safety is and the other side fits no problem. I even have the tyrant designs safeties which are slightly larger.
I purchased the 7378 7TS™ ALS, which is the same holster, but offers the paddle attachment as well as the belt loop attachment. My P365 has the manual safety and it disengages whenever I press the thumb release. Unfortunately, there's no way to change this, as the safety is directly in line with the release. Even though this could be a serious hazard, I can't find any mention of this on Safariland's website.
