Unfortunately they do not make a version that will fit the manual safety model at this time.

Will this holster fit a Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm Shield Plus

The Safariland 7371 7TS ALS Concealment Paddle Holster for the M&P Shield may work for the M&P Shield Plus. However, I recommend using the holster at the link below for the Shield Plus.

Yes. The Safariland 7371 7TS ALS Concealment Paddle Holster will fit your P365 SAS using any of the compatible holsters with the standard P365. MPN:7371-365-411 (right hand/black), MPN:7371-365-412 (left hand/black), or MPN:7371-365-551 (right hand/FDE).

Sig P365X w/ Romeo Zero red dot. Will this holster accommodate the red dot?

The Safariland 7371 7TS ALS Concealment Paddle Holster will not accommodate a red dot on your P365X. I would recommend the Rounded OWB KYDEX Belt Loop Holster found using the following link:
