Can't see the Paddle, will this work on a 2 inch duty belt? How wide of a belt will the Paddle opening accommodate?

Will the cuff pouch work with ASP chained handcuffs?

This is meant for a standard handcuff and will most likely not accommodate the ASP chained handcuff because of the large housing for the lock portion.
