Will this fit the usp tactical with a threaded barrel?

Currently, there is no version of the 6280 that accommodates the H&K USP Tactical. Please note that this holster model features a muzzle stop that is meant to secure the front end of your firearm to prevent unwanted end play. Please be sure to double check your selections to accommodate the appropriate barrel length for future purchases.

Will it work with a tlr 4

The Safariland SLS Mid-Ride Level-II Retention Holster is not compatible with the Streamlight TLR-4. It is only compatible with the Insight Technology XTI Procyon , Streamlight TLR-1 , Streamlight TLR-2 , SureFire X200 , and SureFire X300.

Will it fit a USP 45 ACP full size with a tlr 4

The Safariland SLS Mid-Ride Level-II Retention holster with fit a USP 45ACP but the TLR 4 is not listed as a compatible light.

Will this holster work for a full size Usp 45 with a tlr 4 on it?

The Safariland SLS Mid-Ride Level-II Retention Holster is not compatible with the TLR-4. The TLR-4 offers very limited holster options. For that reason, I'd recommend using a universal fit holster or having a custom holster made.
