Is the bottom of this holster open or closed off?

The Safariland 7378RDS is closed at the muzzle, meaning you cannot use threaded barrels or compensators with this holster.

Will this work with an Aimpoint Acro P2?

The Safariland 7378RDS - 7TS ALS Concealment Paddle and Belt Loop Combo Holster should work fine with an Aimpoint Acro P2. Safariland does not list any micro red dots that are not compatible with the holster.

The Safariland 7378RDS - 7TS ALS Concealment Paddle and Belt Loop Combo Holster will not fit a Glock 34 but the holster at the link below will work for that set up.

Is this a one size fits all as far as lights go? Or do they differ in size depending the light you have? I have a TLR-7A

Depends on which light you have. TLR-7A will not work correctly with this holster.
