The Safariland COMP II Speedloader J-P3C will not work with that revolver. The speedloader at the link below should work with that revolver.

This Safariland COMP II Speedloader will not fit a S&W Model 10. You will need the Safariland COMP II Speedloader model at the link below.

No, it unfortunately is not. That firearm appears to have a 5-round cylinder whereas this loader is for 6-round cylinders.
