The Safariland 575 IWB GLS Pro-Fit Holster is not open ended. You will not be able to fit threaded barrels or compensators with this holster.

Yes, the Safariland 575 IWB GLS Pro-Fit Holster is optic cut and will fit handguns with slide mounted optics.

Will this fit a Sig P365 Macro as well?

The Safariland 575 IWB GLS Pro-Fit Holster for the P365XL is not compatible with the P365 X-Macro due to the picatinny rail found on X-Macro model P365 pistols. The X-Macro requires its own specific holster.
