Can a glock 17 or Glock 19 with a streamlight TLR1-HL both work in the same holster? Or would you need a different once specific to each gun?

My hubby has the 6355 for his Glock 17 (with TLR-1hl) and his Glock 19 with x300u fits it just fine!

Yes. The Safariland Model 6355 ALS Drop-Leg Glock Holster will fit your Glock 45 with any of the Glock 19 compatible models. Although the Glock 19 model holster listed here does not accommodate a weaponlight.
