Will this sit flush against the slide of a M&P9c M2.0 with the factory threaded barrel?

The Samson Smith & Wesson M&P9 Shield/Sheild M2.0 Pocket Compensator is designed to fit flush with the M&P9 Shield Pistols. It should fit the M&P9c with threaded barrel but it may not sit flush against the slide. I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

Yes. The Samson Smith & Wesson M&P9 Shield/Sheild M2.0 Pocket Compensator is designed to blend with the S&W M&P Shield slide.

Would this work with an mp shield .40 with a lone wolf threaded .40 barrel?

No. The Samson Smith & Wesson M&P9 Shield/Sheild M2.0 Pocket Compensator is only bored out enough to support 9mm (0.355") as .40 S&W has a bullet diameter of 0.400".
