As long as the butt end of your AR style rifle has a 2-slot 1913/picatinny rail segment welded to it (or firmly integrated into the ARs butt end in some way), then YES, it will.
I've got mine installed on my CA MPP (chambered in 6.5 creedmoor). my only complaint is that it doesn't "lock" in the closed/folded position. velcro to the rescue! it's well thought out and very well executed. sturdy and made from quality material. feels "solid".
