Does it have blue tooth capability?

No. The Sangean AM / FM / Weather / Handcrank / Solar / Emergency Alert Radio is not Bluetooth compatible. It features an AM/FM Tuner, receives all 7 NOAA Weather channels and reports, has a Built in clock and speaker, and stereo earphone jack.

Is the 850mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable battery replaceable?

Yes. The 18350 Lithium battery 3.7V / 850mAh in the SG-112 Radio can be replaced. But does not need to be removed when charging.

Does it have an external antenna jack? Is this model the MMR-88? Will it plug in to a wall outlet?

No External antenna jack but has a built-in AM antenna and a wire FM external antenna. It comes with a USB cable for charging, you'll need the USB to AC adapter.
