That completely depends on what Phase 5 pistol buffer tube you are asking about because they offer over 5 different options. This will fit any standard pistol buffer tube that has an outer diameter of 1.1-1.25". I would highly recommend you verify exactly what buffer tube you have and then verify on Phase 5's website whether or not it is compatible.

This pistol brace is meant specifically for standard AR pistol buffer tubes and the Omni has a thicker/proprietary buffer tube. Fitment cannot be guaranteed.
