Can the gun be fired when brace is in the folded position. Does it block the case ejection port?

While the CZ805 can be fired with the brace in the folded position, it does block a large portion of the ejection port, so firing it in the closed position can definitely cause a malfunction.

What is the total length when attached? Still considered a pistol? Or?

That will depend on your barrel length. This brace adds 10.2 in to the length of your gun without at stock on it. This is a brace, so it can be put on a pistol without changing the legal status of the firearm.

Do people find this brace allows for proper cheek height for sight and red dot alignment?

This stock sits a little lower than the standard Bren 805 stock due to the cheek riser on the standard stock. However, a lower mount for an optic, and lower iron sights can make up that difference in height.
