You would only be able to use these rings if you have a picatinny base mounted to your rifle, in which case you would need to use the 1.45" height rings to clear the lens on your scope. The Seekins Precision 30mm Tube Rifle Scope Rings mount to picatinny rail. So they will not fit the Anschutz 1761 and you will need 11mm dovetail rings. The correct rings will depend on the outside diameter of the objective lens housing of your specific scope.
