Yes. The SGM Tactical Vepr Tri-Rail Rifle Handguard is compatible with all Vepr rifles. It uses the existing hardware from your Vepr.

Do any pieces need to be cut for fitting? Can you post more pics?

No pieces should require fitment on a Vepr rifle. The manufacturer provides images for the page and this is the only one SGM Tactical have listed on their product page for this item as well.

No, this is only for the VEPR rifles.

This product is intended for Vepr Rifles. SGM Tactical makes a different product for Saigas
