Yes, this Sharps Bros. SIG Sauer P365X/P365XL Grip Module is compatible with any model P365 slide (P365, P365X, P365XL or P365 X-Macro) in 9mm and .380.

Yes all 365 fire control units are the same (from the 365, to the 365X & 365XL to the 365 X Macro). The "standard" 365 though typically holds 10 round mags. With these grip modules the 12 round mag sits flush. 10 rounders are too short. If you live in a state where 10 round mags are the maximum, Sig sells a 12rd length magazine that only holds 10 rounds.
