According to sharps rifle company it fits standard AR-15/M16/M4 rifles chambered in .223/5.56, Sharps 25-45, and 300 Blackout calibers ....

300blk shares the same casings as the 5.56/2.23. it will work on a 300blk, as does every other 5.56 BCG

Yes, this bolt WILL work with .300BO/.300AAC.

I have about 400 rounds through my DDM4 .300BO upper without any issues. About 100 rounds were with steel-case and, still, no issues.
