Will this barrel fit a ruger 10/22 that originally came with a 18.5 barrel? — 1 Answer

So this would probably fit, but your gun, legally speaking, is a rifle and this barrel is for a pistol version of the 10/22. Attaching this would turn it into an unregistered SBR. I would say check your local laws but you live in CA and it’s also still against federal law. So my advice is to find a 16” barrel if you want to stay within the confines of the law. This barrel also doesn’t have sights and may not fit your stock and may not even reach the barrel band. Just get a different barrel.
