The accuracy of the Shaw 223 Wylde Hbar Helical Flute barrel will depend on different factors including the rifle set up, ammo, and the shooter. The length from receiver to the end of the gas block will be about 15".

What length hand rail would I need and what about the gas block or can I use the same block I have on my rifle know.

The length of the rail will depend on your personal preference and the length of the barrel selected, you will need a handguard that is shorter than the barrel. Without knowing what type of gas block you currently have, we are not able to confirm if it will be compatible with this barrel. Is says it was designed for a low profile gas block but does that mean a standard gas block with sight won’t work?

Other gas blocks can be also be used however, it is not recommended to pin a gas block to this barrel.
